Below are instructions and tips for getting into the virtual session:

Before you join, make sure you have the following:
1. A microphone and headset/ earbuds (although you may use your computer’s built-in mic and speakers, you’ll get the best experience from a mic and headset).
2. A Collaborate Ultra-friendly browser:
Chrome version 54 or higher, or
Firefox version 49 or higher.
3. A wired network connection is preferred. Sometimes, Wi-Fi will disconnect and make you re-join the meeting room. It’s not too difficult to join again, but it can be a nuisance.

During the session, it might be helpful to have this cheat sheet handy. https://enus.help.blackboard.com/Collaborate/Ultra/Participant/010_Get_Started/Use_The_Tools
